下届大选若更多州属由伊党掌权
颜炳寿：或将落实伊斯兰刑事法

（吉隆坡5日讯）马华副总会长颜炳寿强调，国会反对党领袖拿督斯里安华已公开声明，一旦民联执政，各州属拥有自主权，决定是否落实伊斯兰刑事法。

(Kuala Lumpur -5th Nov) MCA vice-president President Yan Bing Shou stressed that Congress opposition leader Nadusili Anwar openly stated that once AFORD is in power, various states have the right to decide whether to implements the Islamic criminal law or not.

这也意味着，如果更多国阵执政的州属落入民联手中，并且是由伊斯兰党出任州务大臣的话，伊斯兰刑事法将很有可能在下届大选之后获得落实。

This also means that if more states ruled by the BN falls into the hands of Pakatan Rakyat and the post of State Minister is held by the Islamic Party, the Islamic criminal law will most likely after the next general election be implemented.

颜炳寿在昨日出席“伊斯兰刑事法：非穆斯林的疑虑”中文论坛时就下届大选是否可能发生修宪落实伊刑法指出，自从我国独立以来，历届首相都从来没有尝试落实伊斯兰刑事法，所以相信下届大选也不会发生。

 yesterday at the 'Islamic criminal law: non-Muslim concerns,' Chinese Forum, Gan Ping Sieupointed out that, the possibility of amending the Constitution to implement Islamic criminal law on the next election, since independence, successive Prime Ministers have never tried to implement Islamic criminal law,therefore believed the next election will not take place.

“不过，若有更多的州属落入民联手中的话，争取执行伊斯兰刑事法的力度也将随之加强。”

"However, if more states are falling into the hands of Pakatan Rakyat, then efforts to implementation the Islamic criminal law will increase and strengthen."

他说，自308之后，民联在执政或主导的州属宣扬伊斯兰刑事法的“力度”是比过去任何时候都来得大，非穆斯林尚且感受得到，更何况是必须面对穆斯林社会的首相和巫统领袖。

He said that after the 308, the States ruled by Pakatan Rakyat is putting in great efforts in promoting Islamic criminal law and the efforts is said to be larger than at any time in the past,which even non-Muslims feel, let alone the Prime Minister and UMNO leaders who have to face the Muslim community.

“伊斯兰党一直在质问巫统为何不能落实断肢法，并指责巫统已乖离伊斯兰教义，为了政权受到马华、民政及国大党的牵制，这些都令巫统领袖在面对穆斯林社会时倍感压力。”

''The Islamic party have been questioning why can't UMNO implementation the amputation law and blamed UMNO had deviated from the teachings of Islam and  due to the regime by MCA, Parti Gerakan and MIC which divert these UMNO leaders to feel pressured when faced with the Muslim community. ”

他认为，若说中央修宪落实伊斯兰刑事法不可能发生的话，308之后就已经有两名巫统副部长公开表明，伊刑法值得探讨，这可能源自族群和宗教的压力。

In his view, if the central constitutional implement Islamic criminal law cannot take place,after 308 two UMNO Deputy Minister stated publicly on the merits of criminal law, which may have arise from ethnic and religious pressure.

他指出，就连穆斯林社会对伊斯兰刑事法都有不同的看法，非穆斯林又是基于什么理由去相信断肢法对非穆斯林没有影响呢？

He noted that even the Muslim society has a different views on Islamic criminal law,  on what grounds do non-Muslims believe that amputation law has no effect on non-Muslims?

他强调，联邦宪法是建立在多元世俗体制的基础上，一旦推行伊刑法，我们将走向人治而非法治之路，进而走上像伊朗那样的不归路，摧毁先贤辛苦建立起来的多元社会结构，重写社会契约。

He stressed that the Federal Constitution is established on the basis of multi-secular system,once the Islamic Law is in implementation , we stray away from the path of being ruled by the law onto the path of being ruled by people instead, and would go on a path of no return that the Irans went to , destroying the efforts of  our forefathers who built this pluralistic society and rewriting the social contract on the way.
